koww Terms and Conditions

In this document, "koww", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the koww.cam website and its operating entity. "You", "user" or "member" refers to any individual or entity who accesses, browses or uses any service on this platform.

"Gaming services" refers to all online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games and other entertainment activities available on the koww platform. "Bonus" refers to any monetary or non-monetary reward, cashback or promotional benefit offered by koww.

These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh and this document is effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on the koww platform and use gaming services, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. We reserve the right to verify age and may immediately suspend an account if we suspect a user has provided a false age.

2.2 Registration Terms

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• If your personal details change, you must notify us immediately.
• After creating an account, you may be required to submit documents for identity verification.
• The user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your koww account username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If any unauthorised activity occurs on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions carried out on your account. Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, koww may verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This may require submitting a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued ID. Large withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer) is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes of completion.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in account termination.
• Any fees charged by the user's bank or payment provider are the user's own responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be temporarily held during an ongoing KYC verification process or in the case of suspicious activity.

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• koww complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳10,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳15,000.

To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the total bonus amount must be met. That means for a ৳10,000 bonus, a total of ৳150,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Not all games played with bonus funds may count toward the wagering requirement — please check the details of each promotion.
• If you withdraw your deposit after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• koww reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without notice.

5.3 VIP Program

koww's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier promotions are based on regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. koww reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the koww platform are operated using a genuine Random Number Generator (RNG). We are committed to ensuring fair play. Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software or method is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. koww reserves the right to change betting limits for any user.

6.3 Technical Issues

koww will not be held responsible for any technical error or disconnection that occurs during gameplay. However, we will always try to provide a reasonable resolution with the user's interests in mind. koww reserves the right to adjust any winnings resulting from a technical error.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

The outcome of a completed round is final and cannot be changed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. In the event of a dispute, server log records will be treated as the definitive proof.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koww platform and if any of them are detected, they may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Fraudulent bonus use or bonus arbitrage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund cleaning.
• Operating multiple accounts or controlling another person's account.
• Playing games using automated software (bots), scripts or any artificial intelligence.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or software.
• Registering using a false identity or documents.
• Unauthorised promotion or advertising using the platform's name or brand.

All content on the koww website — logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, design and other elements — is the intellectual property of koww or its licensors.

Copying, redistributing, modifying, republishing or using these assets for commercial purposes without prior written permission from koww is strictly prohibited. Limited viewing permission is granted for personal, non-commercial use.

The koww platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the continuity, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose of the service.

• koww is not liable for any loss caused by server downtime or technical failure.
• koww will not bear responsibility for any loss caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• koww is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gaming activity — gaming carries risk.
• koww bears limited liability for errors by third-party software providers, payment providers or game providers.

In no circumstances will koww's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.

koww places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

11.1 Suspension or Closure by koww

koww may immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Providing false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or non-cooperation.

Upon account closure, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the relevant user, unless it is connected to prohibited activity.

11.2 Account Closure by the User
